The global picture
Slower growth, more competition and a new way to search.
Travel and tourism is forecast to be worth $12 trillion in 2026, 9.9% of the world economy[2]. International arrivals rose 4.7% to 1.544 billion in 2025, but the first half of 2026 was almost flat at 690 million, and UN Tourism now expects growth of only 1–2% this year[1]. When the market stops expanding quickly, a hotel grows by taking share: from competitors, from the OTAs and from countries it has never targeted properly.
Discovery is shifting at the same time. Online travel bookings were projected at $1.07 trillion for 2025, and OTAs still command the hotel segment[3]. Among US travellers, search engines fell from 51% to 36% as a trip-research tool between late 2024 and the second half of 2025, while generative AI rose from 6% to 15%[4]. A hotel selling to several countries has to be found on Google, on the right OTAs and inside AI answers, in every language it sells in.

Each source market books in its own way
A German couple planning a winter break, an Indian family booking a summer holiday and an American traveller asking an AI assistant for ideas use different channels, book at different distances from arrival and expect different prices and payment options. We write a plan for each market that matters to you, sized to the revenue it can bring.
India is a source market worth planning for
Indian nationals made 32.71 million trips abroad in 2025. The UAE took 26.3% of them, followed by Saudi Arabia, Thailand, the USA and Singapore[5]. Our team markets to Indian travellers every working day, which gives hotels abroad a practical route into this market.
The OTAs differ by region, and so must your plan
In Europe, Booking Holdings handled 68.8% of OTA hotel bookings in 2025 and Expedia Group 16.6%[7]. Commissions can range from 15% to 30% of the booking value[8]. We keep your listings strong on the OTAs each market actually uses, and build the direct routes that lower that cost country by country.
What changes when one team markets your hotel across markets.
Without it
- One English campaign shown to every country at the same hour
- Rates, currencies and fees that differ between your website, OTAs and ads
- An agency that knows a single market and a single guest type
- Reports full of clicks, with nothing on bookings by country
With Fielmente
- Campaigns split by source market, each with its own language, timing and budget
- Prices checked for currency, taxes and fees before any ad goes live
- A team that has worked with hospitality businesses in nine countries
- Reporting that shows enquiries, bookings and cost per booking by market and channel

Proof
Proof from the hotels we already market.
Every case study we publish comes from an Indian property. Across the 23 hospitality Google Ads accounts we run, the method is the same one we bring to hotels abroad: track every enquiry, then move budget to what converts.

Case studies
Great team to work with. Adaptive as Ottawa is a very unique market and they have learnt very quickly. Great initiative taken to explore and make a big impression in the market.
We have used Fielmente for all our marketing and advertising needs since December 2021. It has been a very professional and smooth experience. They listen to our needs carefully and then plan accordingly.
Our clients have included hospitality businesses in the UAE, Oman, the UK, the USA, Canada, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Australia, yet every case study we publish is from an Indian property; ask us for references from your region before you decide.
Where we work
How we work with each region.
Our team is in India, so the time difference shapes how we schedule calls, approvals and campaign changes. The country pages for Dubai, the UAE, the USA and the UK go into more depth on each market.
| Region | Time difference from our team | What we focus on |
|---|---|---|
| UAE and Oman | India is 1.5 hours ahead, so our working days overlap almost completely. | Arabic and English content, WhatsApp as the main enquiry route, and campaigns planned around the cooler months, Ramadan and Eid. |
| Nepal and Sri Lanka | Nepal is 15 minutes ahead of India and Sri Lanka keeps the same time, so we work identical hours. | Campaigns for Indian visitors and long-haul guests side by side, content that sells the destination as well as the hotel, and accurate Google and OTA listings for travellers arriving from abroad. |
| UK and Europe | India is 4.5 hours ahead of the UK in summer and 5.5 hours in winter. Central Europe is an hour closer. | Direct booking is common, with 51.3% of European hotel bookings made direct in 2025[7]. Marketing email needs specific consent, apart from a soft opt-in for past guests in the UK[9]. |
| USA and Canada | India is 9.5–10.5 hours ahead of Eastern time (New York, Toronto, Ottawa) and 12.5–13.5 hours ahead of Pacific time. | US price ads must show the total including mandatory fees such as resort fees[10], and US marketing emails must honour opt-outs within 10 business days[11]. French content for Canadian guests who need it. |
| Australia | Sydney and Melbourne are 4.5 hours ahead of India, or 5.5 hours during Australian daylight saving. Perth is 2.5 hours ahead. | Domestic short breaks and international visitors planned separately, with seasons and school holidays that run on the southern-hemisphere calendar. |
| India as a source market | Same time zone as our team. | Family and group travel, school-holiday and festival peaks, WhatsApp-led enquiries, and Hindi creative where it lifts response. |
Time differences move with daylight saving. We confirm every meeting and campaign schedule in your local time.
Remote delivery
Remote delivery, done properly.
We have no offices outside India, so we've built our way of working to make distance a non-issue.
A named account lead
One person who knows your hotel, your markets and your numbers, supported by specialists in paid media, SEO, content and OTAs.
Calls in your working hours
Review calls are booked in your day. For the Americas that usually means your morning and our evening; for the Gulf, Europe and South Asia the overlap is easy.
A shared live dashboard
Enquiries, bookings, spend and cost per enquiry by market, available whenever you want them, so you never wait for a monthly report to see what's happening.
WhatsApp and email for decisions
Approvals, rate changes and urgent fixes happen in a shared group, answered during your business day.
Your accounts, your data
You own every ad account, analytics property, Google Business Profile and guest record. We only ever work through the access you grant.
Native-speaker checks
Any copy written in a language our team doesn't speak natively is checked by a native speaker before it is published.
Languages, currencies and AI
Selling across languages, currencies and AI answers.
Guests book when a price makes sense to them. We set up your ads, landing pages and booking engine so each market sees its own language and a familiar currency where your engine supports it, and we keep taxes and fees consistent across your website, metasearch and OTAs. Google still matters everywhere: in a ten-country Ipsos survey for Google, 53% of travellers said they regularly use Google Search for travel content[12].
AI search crosses borders as easily as guests do. Google's AI Mode is available in more than 200 countries and territories[13], and AI Overviews reach over 2 billion people a month in 40 languages[6]. On 27 August 2026 Google began rolling out hotel booking inside AI Mode for US travellers, starting with OTA and hotel-group partners[14]. A hotel abroad needs the same accurate facts in every language it sells in, so these tools describe it correctly.
- Language versions of your key pages with correct hreflang, so each market lands on the right page
- Google free booking links, which cost nothing per click and are ranked on usefulness to the traveller[15]
- Consent for email and WhatsApp collected to the rules of each market you sell to
- Monthly checks of how AI assistants describe your hotel in your main languages

How it works
How we start with an overseas hotel.
Remote work only succeeds with structure. This is the sequence we follow for every new client and every new market.
- Week 1
Market and channel audit
We go through your website and booking engine, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, OTA listings and reviews, then map where last year's bookings came from, country by country.
- Weeks 2–3
Source-market plan
Your markets ranked by revenue potential, with channels, languages, budget and seasons for each. Tracking for calls, chats, forms and bookings goes in before any spend.
- Weeks 3–6
Launch in priority markets
Search and metasearch go live in your two or three strongest markets first, followed by OTA fixes, language pages and social content.
- Month 3 onwards
Review, then expand
Monthly reviews of enquiries, bookings and cost by market. Budget moves to the markets that pay back, and new markets are added one at a time.

Questions
International Hotel Marketing Agency: FAQs.
Something else on your mind? Call +91 95018 68775 or email us.
Which countries do you work in?
Our team sits in India. Beyond India, we have worked with hospitality clients in the UAE, Oman, the UK, the USA, Canada, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Australia. We can plan campaigns for a hotel in any country, aimed at guests from any country.
How do you manage the time difference?
We plan calls and response times around your working day. The Gulf, Nepal and Sri Lanka are within two hours of India, so our days overlap fully. For the UK and Europe we overlap through your morning and early afternoon, and for North America we meet in your morning, which is our evening.
Do you have an office in my country?
No. Everything is delivered remotely by our team in Gurugram, India. You get one account lead who knows your hotel, a live dashboard you can check at any time, WhatsApp and email for daily questions, and video calls booked in your working hours.
Do you have a case study from my country?
Not a published one. All of our published case studies are from Indian properties. When we speak, we can share references from the regions we've worked in and show you exactly how we would measure results for your hotel.
Can you run campaigns in languages other than English?
Yes. We plan campaigns, landing pages and ad copy by language. Anything written in a language our team doesn't speak natively is reviewed by a native speaker before it goes live.
Should we target one source market or many?
Usually a few. We rank your markets by the revenue they can bring and the cost of reaching them, start with the two or three strongest, and add more once those are paying back.
How do you handle currencies, taxes and fees?
We make sure the price a guest sees in an ad matches what they see on your booking engine, in their currency where your engine allows it, with taxes and mandatory fees shown the way their market expects.
Can you help us attract more travellers from India?
Yes. India is our home market and the one we advertise to every day. We can run campaigns for Indian families, couples and groups in English and Hindi, timed around Indian school holidays and festivals.
What will it cost?
That depends on your markets, channels and goals. The free growth plan sets out what we would do and the media budget it needs, so you can decide before you commit to anything.
