The Dubai market
A record 2025, a hard start to 2026, and a recovery to win.
Dubai welcomed 19.59 million international overnight visitors in 2025, 5% more than in 2024, and hotels averaged 80.7% occupancy at an average daily rate of AED 579[1]. December 2025 was the first month on record with more than 2 million visitors[2].
2026 has been very different. After the regional conflict that began in February, hotel occupancy in Dubai fell to 56.4% in the first half of the year[4]. Demand is coming back: August occupancy reached 66%, close to 90% of last August's level, after a low of 36% in March[5]. The hotels that recover fastest will be the ones guests find, trust and can book in a few taps.
19.59Minternational overnight visitors in 2025, +5%[1]
154,264hotel rooms across 827 establishments, end of 2025[1]
AED 579average daily rate in 2025, up 8%[1]
66%occupancy in August 2026, up from 36% in March[5]

Your guests come from five very different regions
In 2025, 21% of Dubai's visitors came from Western Europe, 15% each from the GCC, CIS and Eastern Europe, and South Asia, and 11% from the wider Middle East and North Africa[1]. Each group searches, compares and books differently, so one campaign in one language leaves money on the table.
The OTAs are strong, so your own channels must be stronger
For hotel bookings made from the UAE, Booking.com, Expedia and Agoda together hold more than 90% of the OTA share[6]. We keep your OTA listings sharp and build the search, metasearch and WhatsApp routes that let guests book you directly instead.
Guests expect to message you on WhatsApp
WhatsApp is the most-used social platform in the UAE, and in one survey 85% of residents said they want businesses to use it[7]. We make WhatsApp a booking channel, with fast replies, payment links and follow-ups, not just a phone number in the footer.

Seasonality
How we plan a year of Dubai demand.
Dubai's busiest months are the cooler ones, and July and August have traditionally been non-peak[3]. We plan budgets and messages month by month, then adjust them against your own booking pace.
| Period | What usually happens | What we prioritise |
|---|---|---|
| October to April | Peak season. December 2025 was the first month with more than 2 million visitors[2]. | Protect rate. Spend on high-intent search, metasearch and retargeting, and keep OTA content sharp. |
| May and June | Shoulder months as the weather warms. | Longer-stay and package offers, and growing email and WhatsApp lists before summer. |
| July and August | Traditionally non-peak. July 2025 occupancy was 70.3%[3]. | Lean budgets, resident staycation offers and tests of new source markets. |
| September | The run-up to the new season. | Early-booking offers for winter, refreshed creative and landing pages. |
Seasons vary by location and hotel type. Beach resorts, business hotels and hotel apartments each follow their own curve, so we always plan from your data.
Source markets
One hotel, five audiences.
We split campaigns by where your guests come from, using 2025's visitor mix as the starting point[1] and your own guest data as the guide.
Western Europe (21%)
Long-lead winter breaks. Search and metasearch in English and in key European languages, plus retargeting through the booking window.
GCC (15%)
Short breaks and family stays. Arabic and English ads, WhatsApp-first enquiries and offers timed around holidays.
CIS and Eastern Europe (15%)
Beach and city holidays. Localised landing pages, and native-speaker review for Russian-language creative.
South Asia (15%)
Families, groups and weddings. Social and search campaigns, with group and event enquiries routed to your sales team.
Middle East and North Africa (11%)
Arabic-first creative and messaging, with prices shown the way guests expect to see them.
UAE residents
Staycations and dining. Local SEO, Instagram and WhatsApp broadcasts for summer and long weekends.
Compliance built in
Prices, fees and data rules we build into every campaign.
Guests in Dubai compare total prices, and the rules on what you show are clear. Hotels charge the Tourism Dirham per room per night, from AED 7 at one-star to AED 20 at five-star properties[8]. VAT-registered businesses must show VAT-inclusive prices[9], and Dubai's 2026 relief package included an exemption from collecting the Tourism Dirham[10]. We check what applies to you before an ad goes live.
Guest data needs the same care. The UAE's data protection law requires consent to process personal data and lets people restrict or stop that processing[11], so our forms and WhatsApp opt-ins collect consent properly.

Hotel Marketing Agency Dubai: FAQs.
Something else on your mind? Call +91 95018 68775 or email us.
Do you work with hotels in Dubai?
Yes. Dubai is one of nine countries where we've worked with hospitality businesses, alongside India, Oman, the UK, the USA, Canada, Nepal, Sri Lanka and Australia. We'll share references that match your property type when we talk.
Can you run campaigns in Arabic and other languages?
Yes. We run English and Arabic campaigns, and add languages such as Russian or Hindi for specific source markets, with native-speaker review before anything goes live.
How does working with a team based in India work for a Dubai hotel?
India is only 1.5 hours ahead of Dubai, so our working day overlaps almost completely with yours. You get a named account lead, a shared dashboard, WhatsApp for quick decisions and a monthly review call.
How quickly will we see results?
Search, metasearch and WhatsApp changes usually show within weeks. SEO, reviews and brand-building take two to four months to compound. Your plan shows what to expect month by month.
What budget do we need?
It depends on your room count, location and goals. Many hotels start with a focused search and metasearch budget, prove the cost per booking, then scale into social and new markets.
Do we own our ad accounts and data?
Always. Ad accounts, analytics, your Google Business Profile and guest data stay in your name. We work with the access you give us.
Can you help hotel apartments and holiday homes too?
Yes. The same approach works for hotel apartments, serviced residences and holiday homes, adjusted for longer stays and different guest types.
