Zomato and Swiggy ads agency
Zomato and Swiggy ads that pay for themselves in orders
On both apps you pay for every click on a sponsored listing, whether or not it becomes an order[1][2]. We run your Zomato and Swiggy ads for orders and margin: we fix the menu and photos that decide whether a click converts, set bids by area and hour, and report what each order cost.
- Restaurants and cloud kitchens, single outlets to multi-brand kitchens
- Menu, photos, offers and ads managed by one team
- Weekly reports on cost per order, not just clicks

How delivery app ads work
You pay for the click. The listing decides the order..
Zomato's sponsored listings are billed per click, at the rate in your ad form, and the fees come out of your weekly payouts. Zomato doesn't guarantee a number of clicks or orders, decides where and how the ad appears, and you can opt out with 30 days' notice[1]. Swiggy's restaurant ads also run on cost per click, and advertising had grown to around a tenth of Swiggy's revenue by early 2024[2].
That makes the listing as important as the bid. A click from an ad lands on your menu, and whether it becomes an order depends on the photos, the rating, the price, the delivery time and the offer. Restaurants already pay 20–30% commission on orders[2], so every rupee of ad spend has to earn its keep in margin, not just in visibility.

Clicks aren't orders
Both apps charge for clicks, and neither guarantees orders[1]. We judge every campaign on cost per order and return on ad spend, and we stop ads that bring menu views without baskets.
Fix the listing before you bid
Missing dish photos, unclear names, a slipping rating or slow kitchen times waste paid clicks. Restaurant India notes that outlets rated below 3.5 often see little return from ads[3]. We fix these first, because they lift organic orders too.
Spend where and when orders happen
Delivery demand is local and peaks at mealtimes. We set radius, cuisines and hours from your own order data, so the budget goes to lunch and dinner peaks in the areas you deliver well, not to every hour of the day.
What changes when we run your Zomato and Swiggy ads.
Without it
- Ad budgets agreed with an account manager and rarely questioned
- Paid clicks landing on menus with missing photos and weak descriptions
- Discounts and ads stacked without knowing what each order cost
- Reports full of impressions and menu visits, with no cost per order
With Fielmente
- A budget per outlet, approved by you and checked against invoices each week
- Menus, photos and offers fixed before spend goes up
- Ads and discounts planned together, around your margins
- Weekly reports on orders, cost per order and return on ad spend
What we do
What we manage on Zomato and Swiggy.
Ads are one part of it. These are the pieces that decide whether ad clicks turn into profitable orders.
- Sponsored listings and search adsAds in search results and listings, with bids set by cuisine, area and hour, and budgets you approve per outlet.
- Menu and listing set-upMenu structure, dish names, descriptions, add-ons and categories that make best sellers easy to order.
- Food photographyDish photos shot or briefed for the apps, so every item you advertise has a picture.
- Offers and discountsPromotions planned around your margins and the hours you need to fill, and judged alongside ad spend.
- Ratings and reviewsReplies to reviews, and the kitchen issues behind low ratings flagged to your team every week.
- Orders on your own channelsGoogle, WhatsApp and a direct ordering link, so repeat customers can order without commission.

Zomato and Swiggy compared
How the two apps' ads work.
The details differ by city and contract, and both apps change their products often. This is what holds in general.
| Zomato | Swiggy | |
|---|---|---|
| How you pay | Per click on the sponsored listing, at the agreed CPC rate[1] | Per click, on a cost-per-click model[2] |
| How it's billed | Deducted from weekly payouts, capped at the agreed campaign budget[1] | Charged through the partner account; check each invoice against the budget you approved |
| Guarantees | No minimum or maximum number of clicks, and no guaranteed order value[1] | Clicks, not orders, are what you buy[2] |
| Leaving | Opt out with 30 days' notice under the standard terms[1] | Follow the terms in your Swiggy ads agreement |
| What we measure | Orders, cost per order and return on ad spend per outlet | Orders, cost per order and return on ad spend per outlet |
We read your actual ad forms and invoices before changing anything, because rates and terms are set per restaurant.
Weekly report
The numbers you'll see every week.
Per outlet and per app, so a strong outlet can't hide a weak one.
Ad spend against budget
What each app charged this week, checked against the budget you approved and your payout statements.
Orders from ads
Orders the apps attribute to ads, alongside total orders, so you see whether ads grew the business or just took credit.
Cost per order
Ad spend divided by ad orders. The single number that says whether a campaign is worth keeping.
Return on ad spend
Order value from ads divided by ad spend, read alongside discounts and commission so margin stays visible.
Menu-to-order conversion
How many menu visits become orders. When it drops, the problem is the listing, not the bid.
Rating and complaints
Rating movement and the complaints behind it, because a slipping rating makes every paid click more expensive.
Beyond the apps
Turn app customers into your own customers.
Every order through Zomato or Swiggy carries commission, and paid visibility adds to it. The apps are still where most delivery demand starts, so the aim isn't to leave them. It's to make sure regular customers also have a way to find and order from you directly.
We set up your Google Business Profile for dish and area searches, a fast ordering page you own, and WhatsApp for repeat orders and offers. App ads then do the job they're best at, which is winning new customers, while repeat orders move to channels without commission.
- Google Business Profile and local SEO for dish and area searches
- A direct ordering page you own, linked from Google and Instagram
- WhatsApp broadcasts to customers who opted in
- Instagram content and ads for new dishes and launches

How do Zomato ads work for restaurants?
Zomato's sponsored listings are charged per click at the rate in your ad form, deducted from your weekly payouts and capped at the campaign budget. Zomato decides the exact placement and doesn't guarantee clicks or orders, so we judge campaigns on cost per order.
How do Swiggy ads work?
Swiggy's restaurant ads also run on cost per click. You pay when someone taps the ad, whether or not they order. We set bids, areas and hours from your order data and track cost per order for each outlet.
What does a click cost on Zomato or Swiggy?
It varies by city, cuisine and competition. Restaurant India reported ₹5–15 per click for Zomato sponsored listings in 2026. What matters more is cost per order, which depends on how well your listing converts.
Should we run ads if our rating is low?
Usually not yet. A low rating makes every paid click less likely to become an order. We fix the menu, photos and the kitchen issues behind complaints first, then restart ads.
Can you reduce our commission on Zomato and Swiggy?
Commission is set in your contract with each app. We work on what you control: ad spend, discounts, conversion, order value, and moving repeat customers to your own channels.
Do you manage multi-brand cloud kitchens?
Yes. We run each brand and outlet as its own campaign with its own budget and report, so one brand's results don't hide another's.
What access do you need?
Manager access to your Zomato and Swiggy partner dashboards, plus your ad forms and recent invoices so we can check rates and spend.
