OTA ads management
OTA ads for the dates you need to fill, and only while they pay
Booking.com, Priceline and Agoda now sell sponsored listings on a cost-per-click auction[2], and Expedia sells TravelAds across its travel sites[3]. Every click comes on top of the commission you already pay, so we run OTA ads only for need dates and switch them off the moment the extra bookings stop covering the cost.

How OTA ads work
Paying for visibility on top of commission.
OTAs typically charge hotels 15–30% of each booking's value, and visibility programmes push the effective rate higher[1]. Sponsored listings add another cost, paid per click. Booking Holdings Sponsored Listings let a hotel bid from US$0.50 a click for top positions on Booking.com, Priceline and Agoda at once; each search is its own auction, and ads are labelled as promoted[2]. Expedia's TravelAds sponsored listings run across Expedia Group's 200+ travel sites and apps, with your own cost per click, a daily limit and targeting by travel window, trip details and device[3].
Used well, these ads fill specific gaps: a soft fortnight, a new property with no reviews yet, a market that's slow to book. Used badly, they buy bookings you'd have had anyway at a higher total cost. The only test that matters is whether the extra bookings, after commission and ad spend, beat what you'd earn without them.

Need dates only
We start from your occupancy forecast and target the check-in dates and lengths of stay you need to fill. Both Booking Holdings and Expedia let you target by travel window and dates[2][3], so there's no reason to pay for weekends that sell out on their own.
Listing first, ads second
A sponsored position sends more people to your listing. If the photos are dated, the room names are confusing or the reviews are unanswered, those paid clicks don't convert. We fix the listing before spending on it.
Ad cost against commission
Each OTA ad booking costs commission plus clicks. We report that total next to the cost of a direct booking from Google or Meta, so you can see when the OTA ad is the cheaper way to fill a room and when it isn't.
What changes when we manage your OTA ads.
Without it
- Visibility programmes and ads left on all year, whatever the occupancy
- Paid clicks landing on listings with old photos and unanswered reviews
- No view of what an OTA ad booking really costs after commission
- OTA ads competing with your own Google campaigns for the same guest
With Fielmente
- Campaigns for need dates and markets only, paused when you're filling anyway
- Listings, photos, room names and review replies fixed before spend
- Every OTA ad booking costed with commission and clicks included
- OTA ads planned alongside Google, Meta and metasearch as one budget
What we do
What we manage on the OTAs.
Ads are one lever. These are the pieces that decide whether OTA advertising pays.
- Sponsored listingsBooking Holdings Sponsored Listings and Expedia TravelAds, set up by check-in dates, travel window and market, inside one paid media plan.
- OTA listing optimisationPhotos, room names, descriptions, amenities and policies brought up to standard on every OTA.
- OTA listing set-upNew properties listed on the OTAs that matter in your markets, live and bookable fast.
- Rates and revenueRate plans, promotions and parity managed against your revenue goals, not just occupancy.
- Channel managerRates and availability in sync across every OTA, so ads never sell rooms you don't have.
- Review repliesA reply to every OTA review, and a plan to get more reviews from happy guests.
Proof
OTA and revenue clients in their own words.
Our OTA and revenue work runs on Eazotel, our sister platform, which 120+ hotels use. Here's what two OTA clients say.
Google Ads results across 23 client accounts we manage, Sep 2023 – Sep 2026. Enquiries are tracked calls, WhatsApp chats, forms and booking clicks.
Through their OTA listing, optimization, and revenue management services, we have seen significant growth in our revenue.
I was able to get my property live and bookable in only three working days!
We don't publish OTA ad results because booking data sits in each hotel's extranet. Ask us for references from properties like yours.

Indian OTAs such as MakeMyTrip and Goibibo run their own promotions and visibility programmes. We assess each one the same way: extra bookings against extra cost.
When OTA ads make sense
Where they earn their cost, and where they don't.
Soft dates
Weekdays, shoulder seasons and gaps in the forecast where a few extra bookings change the month.
New properties
Before reviews build up, sponsored positions give a new hotel the visibility its ranking can't yet earn.
New markets
Travellers from countries that book through OTAs, while your own channels in that market grow.
Long stays
Lengths of stay that are worth more per booking, so the click cost is spread over more nights.
Not on peak dates
Dates that sell out anyway. Ads there only add cost to bookings you'd have had.
Not instead of direct
OTA ads fill gaps. Your website, Google and repeat guests should carry the steady demand without commission.

What are Booking.com sponsored ads?
Booking Holdings Sponsored Listings: a cost-per-click product where hotels bid for top positions on Booking.com, Priceline and Agoda at once. Bids start from US$0.50 a click, each search is its own auction, and ads are labelled as promoted.
What is Expedia TravelAds?
Expedia Group's sponsored listings for hotels, sold per click across its 200+ travel sites and apps. You set the cost per click and a daily or monthly budget, and target by travel window, trip details and device.
Are OTA ads worth it on top of commission?
Only on dates you need to fill, and only if the extra bookings outweigh commission plus click costs. We cost every OTA ad booking that way and pause campaigns that don't pass.
Will OTA ads hurt our direct bookings?
They can, if they run on dates that would have filled anyway or compete with your own Google campaigns for the same guest. Planning them with your direct channels as one budget avoids that.
Do you manage MakeMyTrip and Goibibo promotions too?
Yes. We review the promotions and visibility programmes on Indian OTAs with the same test: extra bookings against extra cost.
What access do you need?
User access to your OTA extranets and ad accounts, your occupancy forecast or recent occupancy data, and your commission levels.
