Mississauga, next to Toronto, has dozens of Indian restaurants. Desi Bar & Grill's food was good, but footfall was low and it had almost no online presence: no social pages, no photos on Google, few reviews and none of them answered.

- 1. Social pages from scratch - New profiles and monthly campaigns, planned from market research to reach the Indian community and non-Indian diners.
- 2. Google listing rebuild - Photos, details and review replies, and the listing checked on Canadian delivery apps.
- 3. Local SEO - Link building and listing work to rank for Indian food searches nearby.
- 4. A Punjabi identity - Bollywood and Punjabi music and visual cues in the content and the dining room, to match the North Indian menu.
